Read the chin comparison ↗PlastyAI is an AI plastic surgery photo simulator for exploring visual preferences. It runs in your browser. You can discuss an idea first or bring a clear portrait and a specific change.
These are example instructions, not promises of a particular result. Pick a request that matches your own goal.
Do not combine several unrelated edits in your first comparison. A focused request makes it easier to see whether the intended change actually happened.
A preset filter applies an effect. This simulator uses your portrait and written preference to request a new image. It can help you describe an idea, but it cannot tell you whether a procedure is suitable or what a real treatment will achieve.
Check for changes to expression, teeth, lighting and unrelated features. If only the brightness changes, that is not evidence that your requested edit worked. An AI image can be wrong even when it looks polished. Read what AI previews can and cannot show.
You need an account to chat and generate previews. Eligible verified accounts can receive one free concept. Paid packs are one photo for $5, three for $10 or eight for $20, before applicable taxes. These are one-time packs, not subscriptions. See package details.
Photos are not posted in a public gallery. See photo processing and retention before uploading a portrait. Use your own photo or one you have permission to use.
The lip preview photo guide shows how to write a focused request and inspect the result. For the whole workflow, see how PlastyAI works. You can also use the consultation checklist to prepare questions independently of any image.
Choose a focused starting point rather than asking for several facial edits at once. These guides show what to ask and what to check before keeping a result.
A useful photo concept shows the requested difference while keeping unrelated features reasonably consistent. Check your eyes, mouth, camera angle and skin texture. If those changed unexpectedly, do not treat a more polished image as a more accurate one. Use the before-and-after checklist before creating another version.
Choose a profile for bridge and tip outlines; compare front width separately.
Separate projection, height and the jaw boundary in your request.
Check image allowances, revisions and export rights before starting.
Review the source, processing terms and what you choose to share.
