Start with a photo where your lips are visible
Use a close portrait with one adult face, even lighting and a relaxed expression. Keep your whole face in frame, with the mouth large enough to inspect. A distant full-body photo is a poor test: enlarging it does not recover missing lip detail.
Avoid beauty filters, strong shadows across the mouth, hands covering the lips and heavy blur. For your first comparison, a front-facing photo with a relaxed, closed mouth makes changes easier to judge. If you want a side view, upload a real side-view photo rather than asking the editor to invent another angle.
Describe the change, not an injection amount
A lip filler visualizer edits an image. Tell it which visible feature to change: upper-lip fullness, lower-lip fullness or the border. Start with one clear preference and specify what should stay unchanged.
Make my upper lip slightly fuller. Keep the lower lip, mouth corners, smile, teeth, lip color and the rest of my face unchanged.
For a more noticeable comparison, change “slightly” to “moderately.” Neither instruction corresponds to a quantity of filler. A photo editor cannot determine an injection amount or whether a treatment is suitable.
Read the written plan in the chat before you create the image. If the plan describes a different change, correct it first. Uploading a photo and discussing the brief do not use an image credit.
Check the result at the same size
Compare the original and preview with the face displayed at the same scale. Look at the upper and lower lips separately, then check the mouth corners and the rest of the face.
- The requested change: can you see the fullness or outline change you asked for?
- The unchanged details: do the teeth, smile, lip color, nose and eyes still match?
- The image quality: are the lip edges natural, with no smearing, doubled outlines or missing texture?
A brighter image or a different expression is not evidence that the requested lip change worked. If the mouth shape barely changes, treat the result as insufficient rather than assuming an invisible improvement.
What our example shows—and what it does not
The simulator page includes a selected stock-photo demonstration made with PlastyAI. The request was for moderately fuller upper and lower lips. Small expression differences remain visible, which is why we label it as an AI illustration rather than a real treatment result.
It is not a customer testimonial. One selected example does not mean every photo will produce the same quality. Use the checks above on your own output.
If the preview is not useful
If the mouth is too small or blurry in the source, use a clearer close portrait. If the source is clear but the request was vague, specify one feature and one degree of change. If unrelated features change, describe that error in the chat before considering another generation.
Review the displayed credit balance and request before creating another image. A new generation may use a credit; repeating vague requests is not a reliable way to improve an image.
App, filter or simulator?
A lip filler app filter may apply a preset effect. PlastyAI runs in your browser and uses your photo plus a written description to create an AI concept. There is no mobile app to install. You can compare the image with your original and download an available completed result.
Eligible verified accounts can receive one free concept. Paid image packs are 1 for $5, 3 for $10 and 8 for $20, before applicable taxes. Check current pricing and access before purchasing. These are one-time packs, not a subscription.
Can it tell me my real treatment result?
No. It illustrates a preference; it does not assess your anatomy, recommend treatment or predict healing. See AI preview limitations. For questions about a procedure, use the consultation checklist with a qualified clinician.
