The original and the AI lip preview

Stock portrait and an actual PlastyAI test output. The model is not a patient or an endorser. This selected example is not a success-rate claim or a prediction of treatment results.
What this example actually shows
The source is a front-facing, black-and-white portrait with a relaxed mouth. In the generated image, both lips have a fuller outline; the difference is especially visible around the upper lip and the lower central contour. The original freckles and overall framing remain recognizable. These observations concern the two displayed images, not how a filler procedure would work.
Look at the mouth corners as well as the middle. There are small differences in the mouth line and surrounding detail, so we would not describe the output as a pixel-perfect preservation of the original. The useful part is the visible direction of fullness. It does not measure volume, identify a filler product or demonstrate an injection technique.
Use a request that you can check
Explore modest, visible fullness in both lips. Preserve the original lip proportions, lip color, mouth width, teeth, expression and the rest of my face.
This is a reusable example brief, not the verbatim record of every parameter used for this image. Replace “both lips” with “upper lip” only if that matches your preference, and explicitly ask to preserve the lower lip. Inspect the written plan before choosing Create simulation. A request can be clear and still produce an imperfect output.
Three checks before you keep a result
- Find the shape change. Compare the upper and lower outlines at the same face size. Extra gloss or a new lipstick color is not evidence of additional fullness.
- Check expression. Inspect mouth corners and any visible teeth. A different smile can make the lips appear larger without following the requested edit.
- Check the rest of the face. Look at the nose, chin, eyes and skin texture. If these change noticeably, treat the pair as an unreliable comparison.
For an almost unchanged image, first decide whether the source was clear enough. Do not keep paying for the same vague request. Our unchanged-preview guide explains how to separate a poor source from an insufficient edit.
Can this show 0.5 ml or 1 ml of filler?
No. A photo editor cannot translate a quantity of filler into a dependable appearance for an individual. Use words such as slightly fuller or more noticeable fullness to describe a visual preference, without interpreting the image as a dose recommendation. A qualified clinician must address treatment choices separately.
