An AI simulation is useful for expressing a visual preference: for example, a softer-looking bridge or a different lip outline. Bring your original photo as well as the concept to a consultation, and explain which part of the change matters to you.
A generated image is not clinical evidence
The software edits pixels. It does not measure internal anatomy, tissue behavior, blood supply or treatment feasibility. It cannot predict breathing, movement, scarring, swelling, healing or long-term results. A realistic-looking image can still be medically impossible.
Check the comparison carefully
Use a clear front, three-quarter or side-profile photo with neutral lighting and no beauty filter. The requested feature must be visible. Profile region localization is approximate and may fail on difficult angles. Compare the same crop and position. Check whether the model unintentionally changed the eyes, skin, smile or background. If the image changes unrelated features, do not interpret those changes as treatment effects.
Intensity is a visual preference
Subtle, Balanced and Dramatic describe the requested strength of an edit. They do not correspond to millimeters of surgery, filler quantities or degrees of medical safety. A dramatic image is not a recommendation for a more invasive procedure.
