PlastyEligibility and agreement
Effective 8 September 2026. PlastyAI is for users aged 18 or over and adult portraits only. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Only upload your own photo or a photo for which you have the necessary permission. Photo processing requires the separate in-product permission.
Chat access
Free includes 20 AI replies total after verified sign-in. Each Single purchase adds 20 AI replies. Each Explore or Complete purchase includes 7 days of unlimited chat, starting at the payment timestamp after confirmation. A later purchase opens a new 7-day window; overlapping days do not stack. During that window, your metered replies are preserved. After it ends, unused metered replies remain available. One completed AI answer counts as one reply; failed replies and supported instant account/help answers do not count. Chat never uses concept credits. Personal interactive use only: brief rate limits prevent automated, concurrent or excessive bursts. Temporary service interruptions may occur. No subscription or automatic renewal.
New chat benefits are recorded with the purchase and do not change existing concept or PDF rights. A full refund revokes the refunded purchase’s chat access. A partial refund reduces that Single purchase’s reply grant proportionally, rounded up; it does not shorten a paid week unless the entire purchase is refunded. Used replies are not reset by refunds or repeat payment notifications.
Educational software, not clinical care
PlastyAI is an educational AI aesthetic visualization and consultation-preparation SaaS for adults. It helps users describe aesthetic preferences, explore visual directions and prepare questions for a consultation with a qualified clinician. It does not diagnose medical conditions, recommend treatment, assess surgical suitability, provide surgical plans or predict surgical outcomes.
AI output can be incorrect, unrealistic, incomplete or unavailable. Quality checks are not medical validation. No particular visual outcome, surgical result or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Do not use this service to make a medical decision or delay appropriate care.
Prohibited use
- Do not submit portraits of minors, intimate or explicit content, or material you lack permission to use.
- Do not use PlastyAI for face swapping, impersonation, deepfakes, harassment, misleading endorsements or deceptive before/after claims.
- Do not attempt diagnosis, prescribing, personalized treatment selection or surgical planning through this service.
- Do not bypass access controls, generate repeated free trials through multiple accounts, automate abusive requests, resell access or interfere with the service.
Concept and PDF rights
Concept credits and PDF credits are separate service-use rights, not money or transferable stored value. The server determines balances and eligibility. A concept credit is reserved when generation starts and used for a completed concept. Failed and unconfirmed results are reconciled back to the balance. A PDF credit is used only after the PDF has been successfully prepared. The same concept PDF can be prepared again without an additional PDF credit while the source is available. A revised or different concept requires its own PDF entitlement.
An interrupted download does not erase its recorded PDF right. Retry for the same available concept, or contact support. Download and keep any files you want before the source expires or you clear it.
Access and misuse
We may apply temporary account and network limits, decline another free trial, or restrict access when needed to protect the service. Shared devices or networks do not automatically establish abuse. Contact support for review. A trial restriction does not delete purchased credits. Account closure and refund questions are reviewed through support.
Refunds and support
