What it involves
A chemical peel removes controlled layers of skin to address selected texture, pigmentation or fine-line concerns. Depth matters: a light peel and a deep peel are not equivalent treatments.
Risks and limitations
Pigment changes, scarring and infection can occur. Skin tone, previous pigmentation problems and medical history affect the choice. Deeper peels need closer medical assessment.
Recovery and follow-up
Peeling and redness vary with depth. Ask about wound care, sun protection and how long redness may persist. An AI image cannot predict pigment response or healing.
Questions for your consultation
