A brow lift raises low brow tissue and can address forehead creasing. It is different from removing upper-eyelid skin. Endoscopic, open and limited temporal approaches describe different operations; the name alone does not establish suitability.
Risks and limitations
Risks include a higher hairline, hair loss near incisions, numbness, asymmetry, visible scars and nerve injury. Discuss how brow position and eyelid closure will be assessed together.
Recovery and follow-up
Swelling and bruising can affect the early appearance. Incisions and sensation take time to settle. Ask about dressings, follow-up and returning to work rather than relying on a marketing promise of no downtime.
